Occupation: President of the Georgia State College of Agriculture;
Dean of the College of Agriculture.
Accomplishments: Under Dr. Soule's leadership, the Schools
of Forestry, Veterinary Medicine and Home Economics were established
as departments of the College of Agriculture. The first dormitory
for women constructed on the University of Georgia campus under
his leadership was named in his honor and still houses University
students.
